Job Description

This position will lead Engineering efforts for one of our 4 Supply Chain Regions. This person will manage the asset plan, lead asset installation/replacement projects, and support equipment opportunities in support of the assigned Region Supply Chain Centers. They will partner with Region Leaders, Site Directors, Maintenance Team Leaders, and other Corporate Teams to execute projects and programs.

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus eligibility. The final offer will be based on experience and skills.

Location: any candidate who lives within 50 miles of Ann Arbor, MI will be expected to work onsite M-Th

Travel Requirement: This role requires frequent travel (minimum 50%), including multi-day trips to Supply Chain Centers.

(60%) Lead Regional Engineering Activities:

Lead large-scale regional engineering projectsSupport in the design and installation of new facility and production equipmentCreate and maintain project schedules, scope documents, progress reports, financial projections, meeting minutes, etc.Develop cost estimates and budget requirementsDevelop vendor requirements and obtain quotesControl and monitor project budgets and spending against the approved fundsPartner with vendors and internal Domino’s stakeholders to develop overall project strategy and identify critical pathManage contractors on site to ensure work is completed to the expectations and quality levels requiredSupport Supply Chain Centers on smaller regional projects

(20%) Planning and Reporting

Develop and execute 5-year region asset replacement planAssist in the development and management of capital budgetsInspect facilities and equipment to determine need and extent for service, repairs, and/or replacementSupport regional Maintenance Team Leaders with critical Key Performance Indicators

(20%) Additional Supporting Activities

Supply Chain Center visitsSupport regional Environmental Health and Safety and Quality initiativesSupport regional Continuous Improvement efforts as necessaryDevelop regional vendor relationships (preferred contractors, vendors, etc.) with Procurement team

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Refrigeration, or CivilEngineering or Construction Management or similar degree or equivalent experience.Min 3-5 years of experience working in manufacturing or engineering rolls.Project Management experience.Experience managing contractors and vendorsExperience in maintenance, refrigeration systems, and/or facilities is a plusExperience developing and managing budgetsProficiency at managing own workload.Proven Time Management skillsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong focus on accuracyStrong knowledge of engineering principles, certifications a plusExperience with process layouts, production layouts and capital improvement projects is highlypreferredStrong working knowledge of state and local regulations governing engineering standardsStrong oral/written communication skillsAbility and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
