The Opportunity:
As a Project Enablement Manager, you will be part of a pool of an internal project management product team within the RSS Enterprise Capabilities and report to the Chapter Lead Project Enablement and be accountable for delivering the assigned project services in your area of expertise.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of impactful, innovative healthcare solutions.
Your work in Project Management and Program implementation will apply:
Project Execution: Support the formulation of business needs, secure buy-in, and plan for execution. You act as a key interface, leading projects within the partner environment. Drive project delivery E2E.
Facilitation & Coordination: Design and (co)facilitate sprints and workshops with cross-functional and multicultural stakeholders to define objectives, mobilize resources, and synthesize outcomes.
Support Business Outcomes: Continuously lead/ support projects with a business outcome focus mindset, leveraging waterfall or agile approaches, principles, tools, and practices to drive project success.
Creative Problem Solving: Apply and tailor various tools, techniques, and methodologies to run projects in multiple business domains.
Team & Independence: Work effectively as part of a team (adopting an Enterprise and System thinker approach) while demonstrating the proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Your work within our project management team will include:
Architect: Co-creating, documenting, and continuously improving project toolkits and standards for the permanent chapter organisation.
Digital PM: Contributing to enable our team to be a digital project management team leveraging AI and new technologies .
Knowledge Sharing: Leveraging best practices from your Project/Program to other Projects/Programs and vice versa.
Innovation: Bringing your curiosity to seek for innovative ways of deploying and managing projects/ programs at scale.
Product Development: Developing the next best internal PMO.
Who You Are
You possess the following qualifications, experience, and personal attributes:
Applied Project Management: Strong knowledge and proven 5 + years of experience of project management (Waterfall, SCRUM…) and approaches (e.g., Design Thinking, Liberating Structures), including an understanding of Lean concepts. Related PM certifications are strongly desired.
Analytical Mindset: Capable of deep-diving into complex problems, inspecting them holistically to provide solution options and understand their implications.
Communication & Engagement: Engaging, consistent, and evolutive communication style to convey messages to stakeholders at multiple levels, demonstrating a \"Can do\" attitude.
Collaborative Leadership: Ability to deliver servant leadership to peers and deliver coaching to project teams, fostering a supportive environment.
Objectivity: Proven objectivity and independence skills, capable of navigating ambiguity while maintaining focus on team goals.
Nice to Have:
Experience in a regulated environment
Change management and implementation in the context of projects.
Any relevant business domain knowledge.

Salary starts from 3000 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
