Join us. **Job Description** _"I enjoy working in the program management team because of the collaborative spirit, strategic thinking, and the chance to lead transformative initiatives that make a real difference" -_ **_Sam Darrington, Director PgM Operations ANZ_** Our Program Management team are seeking a dedicated Project Director to lead diverse key projects and partner with major clients across Queensland. We are looking for a highly capable and motivated engineer to join our team in any of our Queensland offices, this includes; Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Townsville. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership potential who can support programs of work with large clients, manage projects and provide solutions, while helping grow our regional Queensland capability. You will ensure construction projects are delivered to approved designs and specifications, with a strong focus on safety. **How you’ll make a difference:** + Lead end-to-end project delivery for our QLD Program Management team, including budding, contract administration, variations, claims and commercial risk. + Support client-facing activities and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. + Mentor, lead and develop project teams, building capability within the business. + Support design reviews, constructability assessments, and claims/assessments. + Contribute to business growth through work-winning initiatives and program development. **Qualifications** The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered. **The qualities that help you thrive:** + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (RPEQ required or eligible to obtain). + Proven experience leading major civil infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and project frameworks. + Strong project leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills. + Generalist mindset with exposure to multiple engineering disciplines + Demonstrable experience delivering large civil infrastructure projects, with State Government highly advantageous ideally with TMR.
