Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced and visionary Project Director to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and oversee complex, high-profile projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion. + Provide strategic leadership and direction for multiple large-scale projects, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives + Develop and implement project management methodologies, best practices, and standards across the organization + Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization and project success + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope, deliverables, and expectations + Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project continuity + Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement + Serve as the primary point of contact for senior management, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes + Drive decision-making processes, resolving complex issues and conflicts that arise during project execution + Analyze project performance metrics and implement strategies for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness + Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders **Qualifications** + Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, large-scale projects in a corporate environment + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent + Minimum of 20 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role + Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices + Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse, multidisciplinary teams + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels + Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience in budget management and resource allocation + Proven ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk management and mitigation + Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is highly desirable + Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira) + Adaptability and resilience in managing complex, dynamic project environments **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
