What the job involves:

We are currently seeking a Project and Development Services Intern. The internship will assist our teams at a client site in project setup, scheduling, and workorder management.

As a Project Development Services Intern at JLL, you will:

Create project schedules and assist in the planning process.

You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and management throughout the project lifecycle.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, including requirements, reports, and progress updates, as well as assigning tasks to team members and tracking their progress.

Location: Corvallis, OR

Education, Skills, and Experience

Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Business or Engineering.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to think and work independently

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications

Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines

Desire to learn more about our industry

Demonstrated ability to take initiative 

The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Commercial Real Estate.

We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.
