Brief Description of the General Function of the Position:
The Project Development Officer II – Field Implementer (PDO) is responsible for identifying program participants, conducting social preparation activities, and coordinating with necessary stakeholders in order to identify and implement proposed projects. The PDO is also responsible for facilitating the development of project proposals for implementation of livelihood interventions, as indicated by the target participants, community stakeholders, and available livelihood opportunities
