Project Coordinator - Service & Installation
**Kelly Services** is hiring a **Service Operations Scheduler** ( **Premier Scheduler)** in **Farmington, CT!** If you thrive in operational environments where schedules drive performance, this role puts you at the center of field service execution. You’ll **own daily service and installation schedules** , balance technician capacity with customer demand, and adjust priorities in real time to keep missions on track. This is an operations-focused scheduling role — ideal for someone who enjoys solving constraints, managing moving parts, and driving on-time results. **What You’ll Do** + Own daily service and installation schedules for field operations + Assign technicians based on skills, availability, travel, and workload + Balance customer demand with technician capacity to support on-time service + Adjust schedules in real time as priorities, locations, or resources change + Manage the Synchro Board and key scheduling KPIs + Coordinate with Engineering, Product Centers, Sales, and Service teams to resolve scheduling constraints + Ensure technicians, tools, and materials are ready ahead of each mission + Communicate schedule updates clearly with customers and internal teams + Track technician locations and assignment changes throughout the day + Maintain accurate operational documentation and service records **What You’ll Bring** + Experience owning schedules in field service, manufacturing, or technical operations (not just calendar coordination) + Background in service operations scheduling, production scheduling, or capacity planning strongly preferred + Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining schedule performance and customer commitments + Comfort making real-time scheduling decisions in fast-paced environments + Strong communication skills with the confidence to manage escalations and changing priorities + High attention to detail with a process-driven mindset + Experience working across multiple departments to execute operational plans **Nice to Have** + ERP or service scheduling system experience (SAP a plus) + Exposure to technician capacity planning or workforce scheduling + Manufacturing or technical service environment experience **Schedule & Pay** + Monday–Friday | **8:00 AM–4:30 PM** | Full-Time + Hybrid: **3 days on-site / 2 days remote** (after ramp-up) + **$22.00–$27.00/hr** DOE | Weekly Pay + Temp-to-Hire opportunity **Benefits** + Weekly direct deposit + Medical, dental & vision insurance options + Paid holidays + referral bonuses + Long-term and temp-to-hire career paths + Consistent, full-time schedule + Supportive onboarding and guidance from your Kelly recruiting team If you’ve owned **service or production schedules, balanced technician capacity, or supported operational delivery** in manufacturing or field service environments — **apply today** and help drive the execution that keeps advanced equipment running.
