This includes project documentation preparation, escalation for commitment, invoice & pay application processing, and financial reconciliations. Projects consist of AV hardware upgrades for financial services client's corporate offices and conference rooms nationally. This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. Role offers remote work with the ability to report to Tampa, FL office for scheduled client meetings. **What you’ll do** Facilitate strong communication as the technical liaison between clients and IT units providing face to face, timely and efficient support to client. Process documentation for project commitments. Acquire external quotes for processing. Coordinate change orders, change directives and contemplative change notices with consultants and vendors. Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding projects amongst teams and clients. Assist with contract administration. This includes attending tender openings and recording results, issuing letters of acceptance and regret. Enter project information and data into project management technology tools. Process invoices and pay applications. Help with project administration deliverables. Assist the project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation. Coordinate new AV hardware installations for corporate offices and conference rooms Create efficiencies by developing and updating resources and vendor documentation. Refine support processes by identifying resources and vendors needed. Positively collaborate with Architects, MEPs and contractors/vendors on project execution. Strengthen support process by preparing RFP’s and providing SOW for contractors/vendors. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project monitoring and reporting progress to project manager. Define service excellence by strengthening core processes by documenting all on site activities.
