Job Title: Construction Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are urgently seeking a Temporary Project Coordinator to support our Construction Department. This is a high-priority, short-term role ideal for candidates with prior experience in construction. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth project execution and documentation.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare and manage submittals and project status reports.
+ Record and distribute meeting minutes and manage expense reports.
+ Handle mailing and document distribution.
+ Assist with rendering invoices, with Proliance experience preferred.
+ Draft contracts and CSUMMs under the direction of Project Managers.
+ Help send DocuSign documents as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Prior experience in construction project support.
+ Familiarity with Proliance or similar project management software/tools.
+ Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Formulas, and Pivot Tables.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in construction administration and project coordination.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Work Environment
This position is a 2-3 month contract to cover for an employee on leave, with office hours from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
