Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator (PC) role supports planning, coordination and monitoring of assigned projects. The PC will support the project team on assigned projects from inception to completion, handling all administrative tasks in a timely manner and under the budget. The PC works closely with Functional Manager(s) taking direction on specific tasks that will support project success. While the PC may be assisting with some project escalations, the focus will be supporting the project by performing administrative tasks, such as invoicing, project closing, internal follow-ups, etc. The position involves coordination of all resources on the project team which includes but is not limited to warehousing and supply chain, accounting, and installation subcontractors.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Project coordination and administrative tasks: Parts Configuration & Requests AV & IT Build Coordination Warehouse, Shipping & Installation PC Checklist & Quality Assurance RMA Management Asset/inventory Tracking & Reporting Reflected real-world coordination with CW tickets, warehouse, AV/IT teams, and Program Managers Made the role distinction clearer around execution ownership and field readiness Effectively communicate status on assigned tasks with the Project team on a regular basis Maintain project status reporting, planning, and support the project teams in meeting project deadlines Responsible for following the Connectwise Project Lifecycle, completing all necessary forms and communications to ensure a smooth project process/transition/handoff

Job Qualifications:
Education/Certifications:
4-year college degree - with business, administration, or technical concentration preferred. CTS or other AV certification preferred.
Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
Ability to handle multiple priorities across multiple projects in an organized and efficient manner Attention to details Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills – verbal, face-to-face and by phone, and written – for both internal and external interactions Knowledge of all Microsoft productivity products – Outlook, Excel, Word, Project (preferred) – and strong technical aptitude to learn new IT programs Experience working with ticketing software is a plus Familiarity with remote Project Managing system service and installations with outsourced labor, vendors and contractors a plus
