Job Title: Project CoordinatorJob Description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the setup of new customers and the ongoing management of customer projects for our Print and Fulfillment services. As the primary contact for both external and internal customers, this role ensures all expectations are met or exceeded in a cost-effective and timely manner. The position involves advocating for the customer within product teams, focusing on customer satisfaction, product improvement, and providing technical solutions to meet customer needs.

ResponsibilitiesManage the onboarding of new customers through internal and external kickoff meetings, utilizing designated tools to gather new customer information.Review and plan project schedules to ensure efficient workflow through teams, avoiding errors and delays.Create and update job tickets with accurate project specifications.Collaborate with outside vendors to complete projects on time and to specification.Communicate with internal and external customers, troubleshoot and resolve problems, and provide suggestions to enhance customer projects.Emphasize quality in team work, proactively seeking improvements and developing and documenting processes.Support and enhance customer service, continually seeking ways to benefit end users.Conduct monthly pricing procedures based on customer-established pricing structures.Understand customer needs and recommend ways our products and services can support those needs, including running reports and monitoring inventory levels.Collaborate with team members to find new and better ways to perform job tasks.Ensure product specifications and production processes adhere to established guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsStrong communication skills.Ability to juggle multiple tasks at different stages.Strong organizational skills.Customer-oriented skills.Attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficient in MS-Word, MS-Excel, Acrobat, email software, and Windows operating systems.Ability to learn new software quickly.Capability to balance multiple projects and make quick decisions through troubleshooting.Experience in working cross-functionally within a company.Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
