Project Coordinator
Job Title: Project CoordinatorJob Description Seeking a Project Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role and 3-5 years of experience in engineering, architecture, construction, or professional services support. The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers throughout the design and construction lifecycle by managing project documentation, schedules, and administrative workflows for building engineering projects. This role serves as a key liaison between Project Managers, internal design teams, clients, and contractors to ensure clear communication, timely deliverables, and adherence to project standards. Responsibilities + Maintain accurate and consistent project documentation within project folders, Deltek, SharePoint, and other systems as required. + Schedule, prepare for, and participate in project kick-off and check-in meetings; record and distribute meeting minutes as needed. + Assist with the assembly, review, and distribution of project deliverables to ensure materials meet company standards. + Support the preparation, editing, and execution of contract documents from project award through closeout. + Coordinate project specifications with Project Managers, internal teams, and external consultants. + Coordinate submittals and requests for information with appropriate team members to ensure timely responses to clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Bluebeam and/or Adobe Reader. + Strong document editing, formatting, and quality-control skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across multiple Project Managers. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team. + Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies. + Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate project and team needs. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate or bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent experience. + Experience in engineering, architecture, construction, or professional services support. + Experience in project coordination, RFIs, submittals, and document control. Work Environment This is a hybrid role, allowing for remote work most days with the expectation of coming into the Golden office once a week. With a large pipeline of projects, there is job stability and potential growth into an Assistant Project Manager role. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Golden, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
