Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support a senior Consultant within a global executive search firm. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage a fast pace, high volume of projects across candidate and client deliverables. Hours are typically 8:30/9:00am-5:00/5:30pm with a one‑hour lunch, and the schedule is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite based on the Consultant's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage high‑volume candidate and client scheduling across multiple time zonesPrepare job status reports, update internal systems, and maintain accurate project documentationProofread and finalize client‑facing materials including reports, presentations, and deliverablesCoordinate with internal teams and serve as a liaison for candidate and client communicationTrack project timelines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure deadlines are metManage data entry and updates within the firm's proprietary CRM

Qualifications:

5-7+ years of administrative or project coordination experience in professional services (executive search preferred)Bachelor's degree requiredStrong client‑facing skills with the ability to manage communication and deliverables professionallyProven ability to take tasks from start to finish with strong ownership and follow‑throughComfort working in a fast‑paced environment with high volume, shifting priorities, and tight deadlinesStrong Word and PowerPoint skills; CRM/database experience required

Compensation/Benefits:
