Job Title: Process Improvement AnalystJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will address non-IT business challenges and articulate requirements to support process improvements. The role involves creating frameworks for financial payback assessments, identifying alternative solutions, and making well-founded recommendations. You will document current and desired states, develop requirements, and build a shared understanding between process owners and solution developers.

ResponsibilitiesAssess process performance and articulate requirements for process improvement opportunities.Create frameworks for financial payback assessments.Identify alternative solutions and make recommendations.Prepare documentation of current and desired states.Develop requirements and build a common understanding between process owners and solution developers.Prepare ROI statements for proposed investments.Essential SkillsExperience with SAP.Proficiency in GIS analysis (for record navigation and data compilation, not drawing or programming).Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.Ability to assess process performance.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work independently.Proven experience in project coordination.Skills in utility construction and utility location.Capability to collaborate with stakeholders to assemble project details.Competence in using data sets to compile project scopes and prioritize tasks.Work Environment

This role offers a flexible work environment where 50% of your time will be spent in the office, and 50% working remotely from home. You are expected to be available during core hours from 9am to 3pm, with flexible start and stop times. There is a possibility to work out of the South Kent Center located at 6905 S. 228th St, Kent, WA. Laptop and equipment will be provided.

This is a Contract position based out of Bothell, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
