**Job Summary:** The Project Coordinator supports project managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational goals. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing documentation, tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
+ Present and explain proposals, reports and findings
+ Support project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities.
+ Coordinate project control meetings, provide software support during sessions, and make minor schedule updates as needed.
+ Help prepare proposals, plans, and program specifications.
+ Track project progress against goals and schedules; escalate issues and propose solutions.
+ Serve as the contact point for project inquiries and coordinate updates across teams.
**** **What You Have:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
+ **Problem solving** skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skill。
+ **Effective Communications** in verbal and written.
+ **Collaborating** **:** The ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
+ Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
+ Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control project activities.
+ Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
**This job requires 5 days on site.**
