Responsibilities
Work with the Operations team to review job issues Communicate with clients to address issues and find solutions Be the Turn Over person when an Operations employee has an issue with a client for a phone call or email Meet with the team daily to review the CRM tool to make sure nothing falling through the cracks Help out with the different Operations buckets get things accomplishedSkills and Experience
10 years of management experience Customer Service experience, High level of computer skills, Excellent problem solving skills Good ability to work with a team.
