Project Coordinator
Job Description RCS-CM is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support multiple Construction Managers within our Homeowners Association (HOA) department. This role is critical to maintaining clear communication, accurate documentation, and consistent project reporting across multiple active capital improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Project & Team Support • Support multiple Construction Managers within the HOA department • Collect project updates and prepare client-facing reports • Report project status to the Senior Project Coordinator • Maintain project trackers and organizational tools Client Communication & Reporting • Create and distribute project reports • Develop town hall and community presentations • Draft and distribute project notifications and updates Procore & Systems Support • Utilize and support Procore • Assist with document uploads and tracking • Maintain accurate digital project files We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
