Permanent Placement / Direct Placement Title: Project Coordinator Compensation: Up to $175K/yr plus benefits, commensurate with experience Location: US Hybrid Company Description: Our Client is an industrial-scale data center construction and operations company. They allocate data center opportunities between bitcoin mining and other high performance computing services, such as AI. They continue to develop their pipeline of power capacity at high-quality data center sites, either for bitcoin mining or HPC. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to join our Construction and Development team, focusing on hyperscale data center projects. This role is pivotal in streamlining project documentation and communication processes, ensuring consistency and clarity across all stages of development. The Project Coordinator will manage document lifecycles, standardize information flow, and support the project teams in achieving efficient and effective project execution. Responsibilities:
+ Manage the full lifecycle of project documentation, ensuring proper creation, review, approval, distribution, revision control, and archiving.
+ Organize and maintain documentation across multiple tools and platforms, ensuring documents are properly versioned, labeled, and accessible.
+ Define and implement standard documentation workflows, reducing ad-hoc processes and supporting naming conventions, approval matrices, and communication protocols.
+ Coordinate and support design reviews, document review sessions, and cross-functional meetings; prepare and distribute agendas, materials, and minutes.
+ Serve as a central point for construction team communications, ensuring clarity and consistency across internal and external participants.
+ Establish and enforce documentation and communication standards, identifying gaps and inefficiencies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
+ 4–8+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or document control.
+ Experience supporting construction, engineering, or development teams.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage high document volumes and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills, comfortable with multiple tools and systems.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial projects.
+ Familiarity with document control systems and construction workflows.
+ Experience in lean or fast-paced environments, with the ability to build structure where none previously existed.
Education & Certifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) preferred.
