We strive to be the first firm clients think of when it comes to fulfilling their technology needs, and our best evidence is successful project delivery supported by our project coordinators. **Once You Are Here, You Will:** + Tasks may include but are not limited to the following: + assist Project management and data processing professionals, technical users and end users in Project coordination and synchronization tasks; + provide administrative and technical support of a clerical nature as required to a Project team; + assist in performing such tasks as maintaining Project documentation and Application/system libraries; + act as the first or single point of contact in a "hot-line " situation by accepting incoming calls, logging calls, attempting to resolve simple problems, and following established procedures for more difficult problems; + track Project change requests; + maintain and updates relevant Project information in manual and/or electronic files; Project information might include such things as Project activity schedule, status reports, correspondence; + use computer tools, aids, system control languages on PCs, minis, or mainframes to perform Work; and + communicate with Project management and data processing professionals, technical users and end users on administrative matters related to the Project. **Mandatory Qualifications:** + 5+ years experience within the last ten (10) years as a Project Coordinator covering the tasks listed above. + 3 projects with a minimum duration of 6 consecutive months experience in the last seven (7) years. + University degree or college/CEGEP diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution. + A copy of the degree or diploma must be provided. **Preference:** Public Sector experience **Ideal Mindset:** Lifelong Learner.
