Our client, a leading organization in business operations support, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Business Operations department supporting various leadership teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Project Coordinator
**Location:** Boise, ID
**What's the Job?**
+ Proactively plan and coordinate all steering and presidential work to ensure seamless execution.
+ Assist leaders with securing hotels and support event hosting activities for Cannon leaders.
+ Coordinate transportation arrangements to and from hotels for event attendees.
+ Manage event logistics, including reservations, scheduling, and review planning.
+ Handle invoice processing and data reporting to ensure accurate payments and documentation.
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage complex schedules and events.
+ Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
+ Attention to detail in managing invoices, reports, and document formatting.
+ Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience with event coordination and executive support is preferred.
