Job Description

The Devices team designs and engineers high-profile and innovative consumer electronics including many emerging products. Are you an advocate for customer feedback? Would you like to support and work alongside some of the most customer obsessed people you'll ever meet?

The team is looking for a Program Coordinator to support the planning and execution of beta testing programs. You will help us drive the real world validation and delight for Devices by working with program owners beta participants and product and engineering teams to prepare new product launches system software and app updates and marketplace expansions. You'll support data collection activities provide ongoing communication and engagement support by working with beta participants around the world to keep engagement high and feedback flowing. Cross-team coordination and a basic understanding of project management concepts are essential. Ample growth opportunity is available as you work to identify how to make the processes you follow and the tools you use more efficient and effective.

This position requires an ability to move fluidly through a wide variety of assignments using established processes and procedures. You are our ideal candidate if you have strong attention to detail maintain a high bar for quality and are excited to influence the customer experience of products. You have great people and communication skills are willing and able to roll their sleeves up and dig into problems when needed and above all have a willingness to learn. Succeeding in this role will provide a path to increased exposure and responsibility in program management activities.

What will you help us create?

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the recruitment, onboarding, and device distribution/retrieval for our beta participants

• Driving beta data collection efforts via surveys, focus groups, community channels, and other channels

• Generating reports to deliver to review with key stakeholders like beta program managers and product team members

• Drafting, editing, and distribution of beta program communications (e.g., beta program welcome emails) in tools like Slack, Chime and Outlook.

• Monitoring, analyzing, resolving and escalating support requests from beta participants.

• Supporting beta participant and program data management and documentation activities in tools like Excel, Quicksight, JIRA, and Confluence

• Supporting beta program managers in strategy, planning, participant engagement and operational excellence activities

Required qualifications include:

• 2+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

• Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes

• Experience with categorization and basic analysis of data sets

• Desire to explore program management as a potential career path

• Ability to be able to handle sensitive information and keep it confidential.

• Strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done

Preferred Qualifications (In addition to the basic qualification listed above)

• 2+ years work experience in supporting Project, Program, Product or marketing teams

• Experience in using databases to accurately track people and items and report on status

• Experience tracking activity, progress and success using metrics and Key Performance Indicators

• Basic technical aptitude, notably the ability to troubleshoot issues with household devices

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
