Project Coordinator
Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Description:Accurately and timely set up and buyout each project, including loading project estimates into relevant software.Draft, review, and submit all subcontracts and purchase orders.Process and track project start-up requirements, such as contract review, ordering certificates of insurance, and performance and payment bonds.Handle daily project tasks, including review of transmittals, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications.Review daily logs submitted by field staff using B2W Ops.Assist in organizing project pre-construction meetings.Manage project closeout tasks, including final submittals, warranties, as-builts, final payment applications, and lien waivers.Aid the Project Manager with tracking project Accounts Receivables.Organize and maintain project files according to company standards.Operate and maintain telecommunication systems and front desk devices.Assist with organizing staff meetings.Qualifications to Apply:Proficiency in project coordination and administration.Experience with data entry and construction administration.Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.One to three years of experience as an administrative assistant or project coordinator.Experience with AIA documentation is a huge plusPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
