Job Description

Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), including scheduling, communications, document preparation, and follow-up on action items. Assist with marketing projects such as website updates, product launches, content creation, and campaign coordination.

ResponsibilitiesManage and update website content using WordPress and WooCommerce.Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and marketing assets using Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.Run and manipulate reports using Excel; sort, filter, and analyze data to support business insights.Support product development and international sales coordination with research, documentation, and cross-functional communication.Conduct web research and competitor analysis to support marketing and product strategies.Utilize AI tools for content generation, summarization, and workflow automation.Essential SkillsProficiency in data entry and Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.Strong project coordination abilities.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva.Administrative support experience.Exposure to AI tools for content automation.Work Environment

The position requires working in-office from Monday to Friday, with a 40-hour work week starting at 8 AM. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity within a small company, offering training in software like WordPress or WooCommerce if not already experienced. The role provides exposure to multiple departments and projects, working closely alongside the CMO who manages diverse responsibilities, presenting great growth opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
