Project Coordinator | Customer Service - Commercial Printing Company

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Project Coordinator to manage commercial print projects from order entry through production and delivery. This role acts as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring print jobs are produced accurately, on time, and to specification.


Key Responsibilities:


Receive and review customer print orders and supplied artwork for basic print readinessCreate job tickets, enter orders into MIS, and track job status throughout productionCoordinate jobs through prepress, press, finishing, and shipping departmentsCommunicate clearly with customers regarding specifications, timelines, and revisionsVerify job details including size, stock, colour, bleeds, finishing, and delivery requirementsIdentify and resolve artwork issues, production challenges, and scheduling changesSupport estimating, scheduling, and general administrative tasks as required


Must-Have Skills & Experience:


Previous experience in commercial print production (digital, offset, wide-format, or finishing)Strong understanding of print terminology, work flows, and production processesExcellent customer service, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentExperience working with Adobe files (PDF, InDesign, Illustrator) is an assetStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
