Incumbents analyze current business processes; coordinate with stakeholders and other organizations; develop and implement changes; and assist with all phases of the project lifecycle.Evaluate patterns/trends/categories among individuals and businesses who have unclaimed funds in the greater NYC area in order to set strategic direction regarding approach to outreach and education activities; develop an outreach plan that incorporates the diverse community and events in the NYC area; oversee the development and implementation of public relations activities to raise interest in unclaimed funds; set strategic direction for OUF education and assistance operations in the NYC area. Minimum Qualifications The incumbent must have at least nine (9) years professional experience in a position where the primary responsibility (50% or more of the time) was the extensive promotion and representation of programs and services to the general public and/or private organizations for the purpose of increasing participation in, or utilization of, these programs and services AND at least two (2) years of supervisory experience. Education Substitutions:An associate’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of professional experience.A bachelor’s degree may be substituted for four (4) years of professional experience.A juris doctorate or master’s degree may be substituted for an additional one (1) year for a total of five (5) years of general experience.
