As a **Project Controls Specialist** , you will be part of the **Project Controls function** supporting **customer equipment, facilities, and infrastructure projects** . The ideal candidate will have **strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication abilities** , which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Project Controls Specialist **Location:** Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 (Hybrid – 2–3 days on-site per week) **Pay Range:** $44.79 per hour **What’s the Job?** (Max of 5) + Build and maintain integrated project schedules and cost estimates using approved project controls tools. + Monitor, analyze, and forecast project cost and schedule performance, identifying trends and risks. + Ensure compliance with global Project Controls standards, processes, and reporting requirements. + Provide transparent internal and external reporting on project status, cost, schedule, and risk. + Support project closeout activities, change orders, claims, and tender preparation as required. **What’s Needed?** (Max of 5) + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience). + Deep domain knowledge of project planning and Primavera scheduling tools. + Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial and schedule data clearly. + Experience supporting cost control and scheduling for large or complex projects. + Ability to analyze issues, resolve problems, and work collaboratively across project teams. **What’s in it for me?** (Max of 5) + Hybrid work model with flexibility to work remotely when not on-site. + Competitive hourly pay of $44.79. + Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact energy and infrastructure projects. + Exposure to best-in-class project controls tools, standards, and methodologies. + Professional growth within a highly regarded Project Controls organization.
