What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain integrated project schedules that keep engineering, procurement, and construction teams moving in syncBuild and refine WBS structures that support accurate planning, reporting, and forecastingSet up and manage project data within Enterprise Planning & Controls systemsRun schedule health checks, logic reviews, and what‑if analyses to anticipate risks before they hitSupport resource planning and workload balancing across multidisciplinary teamsTrack schedule impacts from purchase orders, change orders, and field adjustmentsCollaborate with Project Management and Accounting to align budgets, contingencies, and schedule‑driven cost forecastsAssist with earned value tracking to measure performance and drive accountabilityConduct field audits and schedule validations to ensure real‑world progress matches the planDeliver clear, data‑driven schedule insights that keep leadership informed and projects on trackQualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of project controls or scheduling experienceAbility to obtain OSHA‑10 certificationExperience with project scheduling tools (no P6 required—flexibility welcomed)Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $66.00/hr.
