**Job Title:** Project Controls Coordinator III
**Location:** Edmonton, AB (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator III to join their team. As a Project Controls Coordinator III, you will be part of the project management team supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative work style which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Provide full Project Control Management, including cost/schedule development and control throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Assist the Project Engineer/Manager in Project Scope Management by offering insights and recommendations on scope definition and financial health.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to analyze incurred field costs and compare against budget and forecasts.
+ Prepare expenditure profiles, workforce histograms, and capital cost estimates for projects.
+ Generate regular and ad hoc analysis, including graphs and presentations, to support project management.
**Qualifications:**
+ A diploma, degree, or related construction or operational training and/or experience.
+ Minimum of 7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Experience in cost and scheduling controls of multi-discipline projects, preferably in industrial construction.
+ High proficiency in MS Excel, with experience in MS Office Suite and Oracle or SAP.
+ Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
