**Job Title:** Project Controls Coordinator II
**Location:** Edmonton, AB (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator II to join their team. As a Project Controls Coordinator II, you will be part of the Asset Management department supporting the Prairie Region. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Track, update, and report on all capital projects completed within the Asset Management Team.
+ Assist with the execution and project management of Asset Management projects, including accruals and variance analysis.
+ Provide portfolio-level support across Operations including variances, accruals, and reporting.
+ Generate regular and ad hoc analysis, including graphs and presentations for project status reporting.
+ Prepare project status reports with variance analysis for Senior and Project Management.
**Qualifications:**
+ University Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering or Accounting related fields.
+ Minimum of 5 years of Project Controls or Project Management experience.
+ High proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Oracle/SAP software.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
