Project Control Officer
Job Description Role Mandate: Candidate will be joining a team under Commercial Bank Delivery, supporting 3 Portfolio Leads with their respective Digital portfolios Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): • General project administration tasks • Financials management & tracking • Provide support for the investigation, analysis and documentation of portfolio risks • Presentation development and liaison with program/project managers for required inputs o Creating presentations and Forum decks o Taking meeting minutes • Submitting and tracking portfolio change and exemption request and associated approvals • Develop, and participate in implementation of improvement opportunities, contributing to the effective and efficient operation. • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for resources, ensuring seamless transition. Skills and Requirements Must-Have Skills: • 8-10 years of previous project coordinator/controller experience • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal • Experience with Microsoft suite [Excel, Power Point, Word, etc] • Superior and proven organization and project management skills • Customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills • Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels of seniority. Power BI skills, Jiram Clarity, etc Agile and Waterfall background Nice to Have Skills: • Previous experience at a Financial Institution • Experience with Project tools such as Clarity, PlanU Commercial Banking
