Project Architect

Job Description

The Project Architect is responsible for overseeing retail architecture projects from concept to completion. The role involves managing specific technical details and design aspects of assigned projects, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of architectural designs.

Responsibilities Include

This role is responsible for Retail Architecture projects from start to completion. Majority of the work is for Car dealershipsResponsible for specific technical details/design aspects of an assigned project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of architectural designsParticipate as a member of the project team in all aspects of project scope, production & implementation of construction documents and coordination of consultant scopeAssist in managing client expectationsCoordinates communication between project team, sub-contractors and other disciplinesResponsible for ensuring that production of construction documents are in concert with design intentConduct code analyses and be the primary point of contact with jurisdictionsPerform submittal reviews during construction, maintain RFI and submittal logsMay supervise a small team of interior designers and technicians

Must Have

Degreed architect5+ years experience using Revit5+ years experience creating architectural drawings for commercial or retail spacesRegistered Architect preferredJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
