Responsibilities + Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion. + Ensure compliance with HCAI/OSHPD standards and regulations. + Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. + Utilize REVIT and AutoCAD for design and drafting purposes. + Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables. Essential Skills + Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project architect. + Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD. + Licensed Architect in California. + Familiarity with HCAI/OSHPD standards and requirements. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Membership with AIA (American Institute of Architects). + Experience in healthcare architectural projects.
