Job Description:
We are currently seeking a licensed Project Architect with 10–12 years of experience for an award-winning global firm. This person will join a Sports + Recreation studio and play a key role in delivering technically complex projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience across all phases of design (SD, DD, CD, CA). They should demonstrate proficiency in Revit, construction documentation, building code analysis, and consultant coordination. Strong knowledge of life safety, entitlement processes, and jurisdictional approvals is essential. The ability to mentor junior staff and manage client relationships is highly valued.

Lead all phases of the design process with technical precision and design excellenceManage multiple projects of varying scale, including mission-critical and secure facilitiesCoordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project successOversee quality control reviews and ensure conformance with design intent and standardsMentor junior staff and support team developmentEngage with building codes, entitlement processes, and regulatory reviewsContribute to marketing pursuits, proposals, and client interviewsCollaborate with national teams and participate in firmwide initiativesQualifications:
NAAB-accredited architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)Architectural license required10+ years of professional experience (ideally 15+), with leadership potentialAdvanced proficiency in RevitStrong knowledge of design process, construction documentation, and administrationExperience with large scale stadium and arena projectsFamiliarity with building, zoning, and energy codesSoftware proficiency: Rhino (Grasshopper), Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Enscape, Lumion, VRayExperience with physical modeling tools and environmental analysis software is a plusNice To Have:

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
