Job Title: Project Architect Job Description We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to contribute to a variety of design projects within the commercial sector. Our projects range from 200,000 square feet to 4 million square feet and include fully robotic and automated distribution centers, temperature-controlled facilities, and manufacturing facilities. The focus will be on tilt-up concrete, pre-cast, and insulated metal panel buildings. Responsibilities + Oversee and create all contract documents for assigned projects. + Design and manage the architectural aspects of warehouses, distribution centers, and industrial projects. + Utilize Revit for drafting and architectural design tasks. + Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful completion of projects. + Integrate construction documents with architectural design elements. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit is essential. + Experience in tilt-up construction is required. + Extensive experience in architectural design and drafting. + Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively within a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Autocad. + Knowledge of interior design and mission-critical facilities is advantageous. + Experience with data centers is beneficial but not mandatory.
