Job Title: Project ArchitectJob Description

Collaborate closely with sales team members and clients throughout all phases of the design process, focusing on schematic design and bidding documentation. Perform detailed regulatory reviews of zoning and building code requirements. Work alongside in-house architecture and engineering teams, as well as acquisitions, fulfillment, field team members, consultants, and jurisdictional representatives. Lead designers and drafters in preparing design documents, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Conduct research and select building materials and finishes.

The role requires working on-site from Monday to Friday, with a workweek of 40-45 hours.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oneida, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
