The Project Architect is responsible for planning and developing projects of various sizes and complexities. This role involves executing and coordinating project production both internally and in collaboration with other disciplines and sub-consultants. The Project Architect may supervise a small team of architects and designers, applying sound and diverse architectural principles and practices across a range of assignments. The individual will act independently on architectural methods and complexities and may serve as a Project Manager on certain projects. This position requires the preparation of proposals and contracts for mid-sized projects and involves oversight of billing and fee management. The Project Architect will coordinate with the Accounting team on payments and outstanding invoices, liaise with clients to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, and maintain high client satisfaction.

The position requires working in the office three days per week, with hybrid work available for the other two days. Some travel to project sites may be necessary. The role demands a professional attire suitable for client meetings and site visits.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $41.00/hr.
