Job Title: Project ArchitectJob Description

We are seeking a Project Architect to join our mission-critical division in Dallas. The ideal candidate is either a licensed architect or is close to obtaining their license. Experience with mission-critical projects is preferred, though we are open to candidates with experience in other project types. We value self-starters who are hard-working and dedicated.

ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee architectural projects from inception to completion.Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for creating detailed construction documents.Engage in architectural design, space planning, and master planning.Conduct construction administration and project management tasks.Develop schematic designs and construction drawings.Collaborate with team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction.Essential SkillsLicensed Architect or near licensure.Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Experience in construction document creation and architectural design.Strong project management and construction administration skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with mission-critical projects is a plus.Familiarity with industrial, shell, and core architectural projects.Knowledge in data center design and development.Proficiency in SketchUp for design development.Work Environment

The position is based in our Dallas office, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Our Dallas team is small but growing, with a focus on Life Sciences and Mission Critical projects. Being in the office is crucial for team development. We offer opportunities for ownership and profit-sharing based on performance, distinguishing us from larger firms with flat annual bonuses.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
