About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Architect Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a technically strong designer who excels in Revit, understands all phases of architectural documentation, and can contribute to a wide range of project types—from new construction to renovations and complex institutional facilities. The ideal candidate is collaborative, self‑motivated, and capable of managing technical project components from concept through construction administration.

Key ResponsibilitiesApply sound architectural design techniques, methodologies, and principles to all project deliverablesProduce complete, accurate construction drawings using RevitPrepare documentation across all project phases, including design development and construction documentsGenerate finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for constructionAssist with scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of project team assignmentsCollaborate with external consultants and engineers, integrating engineering specifications into architectural designWork on multiple projects simultaneously, including new buildings, renovations, and alterationsDevelop programming documentation and preliminary design conceptsAttend pre‑proposal meetings and contribute to defining project scope and servicesWork closely with team members as a proactive, energetic, and self‑driven contributorRequired Skills & QualificationsAbility to independently produce construction drawings proficiency in Revit Experience in healthcare, institutional, educational, or large‑scale commercial projectsStrong knowledge of federal healthcare code compliance guidelinesAbility to manage technical aspects of projects from inception through completionExperience across all project phases

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morristown, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $57.69/hr.
