We are seeking an experienced Project Analyst with 5 to 10 years of experience to support project teams throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects. This role plays a critical part in maintaining project accuracy, efficiency, and communication across stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and skilled in project coordination, analytics, and process management.

ResponsibilitiesEstimate Log Management: Update and maintain the estimate log, including assignments of estimates, conceptual designs, and other deliverables requested by project stakeholders.Process Development & Maintenance: Create and continuously refine onboarding processes, metrics tracking systems, deliverable templates, and other project-supporting workflows.Contractor Work Authorization Management: Create and update Contractor Work Authorizations (CWAs), ensuring accuracy and alignment with project needs.Contractor Invoice Reconciliation: Review account allocations, validate supporting details, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate approvals with the Team Leader.Essential SkillsDatabase managementConstructionProject accountingLogisticsAccounts receivableReportingJob costingExcel analysisGeneral ledgerMicrosoft Office suiteInvoicingAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field.5–10 years of relevant project analyst or project support experience.Strong understanding of gated project management processes, including key phases, documentation, and controls.Proficient computer skills.Experience with project management and business productivity software tools.Ability to interpret data, generate reports, and support project financial tracking.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional project teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain structure in documentation, and support timely delivery of project requirements.Work Environment

The position will be onsite at the Energy Center four days out of the week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Birmingham, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
