**What You’ll Be Doing**
As a Project Analyst, you are responsible for ensuring project control procedures and policies within a number of unrelated large projects are executed, appropriate and functioning according to Technology's project performance standards, as well as governance practices. As part of the CIBC Cloud Engineering & Transformation team, you will play a key role in helping to deliver an improved technology experience for employees and clients.

**How You’ll Succeed**
+ **Coordination** – Support Project Managers throughout all phases of the project management lifecycle and testing. Assist in developing plans, schedules, and project management documents. Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project.
+ **Tracking & Reporting** – Track progress and make recommendations on Decision logs, response plans for risks, resolution plans for issues and results on action items and make decisions on required escalations.
+ **Organizational and multi-tasking skills** – Perform administrative functions and processes and manage day-to-day activities for the Project Management team, helping solving issues that may arise during the project.
**Who You Are**
+ **You have 2-4 years’ experience in** managing all facets of a project as an IT Project Coordinator. You have hands on experience creating project artifacts and supporting Project Managers during the project management lifecycle. This involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, placing and tracking orders, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and Project. You have strong knowledge of the waterfall and agile project management lifecycle and enterprise development concepts.
