Requirements:

A Project Analyst with 5 to 10 years of experience is responsible to support the project team through each project's life.

Education: Degree in business, administration, or a related field required.
Skills: Knowledgeable in the phases of the gated project management process. Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs. Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:

Some of the responsibilities would include: Updating the estimate log with assignments of estimates, conceptual designs, and other deliverables requested by project stakeholders. Creation and ongoing maintenance of processes for onboarding, metrics, development of deliverables, and others. Creating / Updating Contractor Work authorizations. Contractor Invoice Reconciliation - review of account allocations and coordination of Team Leader approval.
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
