We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager or Project Administrator to temporarily join our client's team during a 7-month maternity leave. This role involves providing executive-level support to the leadership team and playing a crucial part in our business operations, finance, and project management activities.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the leadership team to manage the team's rhythm of business (ROB), including planning and executing team meetings, weekly leadership team meetings, and quarterly town halls.Ensure the continuation of business operations during periods of change or special circumstances, contributing to solutions for business challenges.Work closely with the Chief Visionary Partner (CVP) to develop content for internal communications.Oversee and support the team's budget process, including opening new matters, managing budgets, handling monthly transactions, providing quarterly forecasts, and reporting to the leadership team.Coordinate events and support business operations, ensuring smooth execution and participation.Essential Skills
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in finance or financial operations, with the ability to manage cross charges and financial processes independently.Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project or program management, with skills in planning, coordinating, and executing projects or programs.Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and enterprise applications.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.PMI or PMP certification is a plus.Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior Admin or Executive Assistant is preferred.Minimum 3+ years of proven experience with Outlook calendaring.Work Environment
This hybrid role requires working onsite at our Redmond, WA campus four days a week, with one day remote. The position offers exposure to a variety of business operations, finance, and project management activities, providing an opportunity to work closely with leadership and influence team processes. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr.
