What You’ll Do:
Set up quotations and jobs in the Project Management System to kick off new projects.Maintain and monitor quote and job statuses to ensure smooth project flow.Assist in scheduling personnel and equipment, keeping project timelines on track.Coordinate travel logistics for project teams, including flights, hotels, and rental cars.Track job costs and manage invoicing using Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Work closely with customers to secure change orders and ensure all billing aligns with project scope.Own the accounts receivable process—from generating invoices to following up on outstanding payments.Collaborate daily with internal superintendents and project managers to align on project needs and updates.Juggle multiple projects simultaneously (typically 5–10), each with unique timelines and requirements.Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and technicians to support project success.Act as a communication hub between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and momentum.What You Bring:
Strong organizational skills with a knack for logistics, planning, and scheduling.Experience managing cost tracking, work orders, purchase orders, and change orders.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel—pivot tables, formulas, and data tracking are second nature to you.Prior experience in billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable is essential.A proactive mindset and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.Why This Role?

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
