Project Administrative Support Specialist

Description

Job Summary: The Project Administrative Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the

smooth execution of large capital projects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with

strong organizational skills to manage documentation, follow established processes, and maintain

configuration management.

Essential Responsibilities

• Process Management: Follow and enforce established project management processes to

ensure consistency and compliance.

• Documentation: Create, update, and manage project documentation, including meeting

minutes, reports, and project plans.

• Attention to Detail: Review and proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Configuration Management: Maintain and update configuration management databases and

systems to track project changes and ensure data integrity.

• Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project team members,

stakeholders, and external partners.

• Support: Provide general administrative support to the project team, including handling

correspondence, filing, and data entry.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with project management software and tools Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience supporting Capital projects is a plus.

Work Environment

This opportunity is fully onsite in Wilmington, NC. This is an 18 month contract. With potential to extend or go direct.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
