**Job Title: Project Admin** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Project Admin responsible for project tracking and documentation management. This role involves maintaining complete and organized job folders throughout each project’s lifecycle and ensuring the smooth progress of all required permits and documentation until job completion. **Responsibilities** + Maintain complete and organized job folders throughout each job’s lifecycle + Track and manage all required project permits through job completion + Retrieve, verify, and analyze job summaries, daily reports, and operational documentation + Track open jobs including revenue progression, job status, permit standing, and billing milestones + Close out job files ensuring all required reports, manifests, documentation, and payment references are complete + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filters, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP + Proficient with Microsoft Word and PDF tools + Strong data entry and document management capabilities + Ability to manage multiple projects and documentation streams simultaneously + Experience with or willingness to learn billing, dispatching, or project tracking software + Invoicing, accounts receivable, and administrative support experience + Construction administration knowledge + General labor skills, including knowledge of hand and power tools + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Excellent organizational and time management abilities + Self-motivated and able to work independently + Coachable and adaptable to changing processes + Able to handle confidential financial and customer information with discretion **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bakersfield, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
