Job Description
The Project Accounting Coordinator is responsible for preparing fee proposal templates, drafting contracts, and subcontracts for review. This role ensures projects adhere to contract language and requirements by issuing and tracking project amendment documentation. The coordinator develops Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Project Authorization forms, including budgets and client invoicing requirements, and assists the project manager with processing subconsultant invoices through the project accounting system. Monitoring project financials, including variance, revenue, budgets, and work-in-progress (WIP), is key to this position, as well as following up on revenue variance issues and recovery. This role serves as a liaison between internal staff, suppliers, and clients while effectively communicating on behalf of Project Managers. Conducting pre-bill reviews with Project Managers as necessary, participating in monthly project review meetings, and collaborating with Business Operations teams are additional responsibilities. The coordinator also assists Business Operations with analyzing project budget performance and provides recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $42.00/hr.
