\n\t\t\t\t\tBuild strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams.\nTranslate project plans and resource needs into financial forecasts and annual budgets.\nMonitor key metrics like revenue, gross profit, and expenses to track performance.\nLead project reviews and communicate updates and risks to leadership.\nWork closely with Project Managers to:\nKeep project budgets and financials accurate and up to date.\nTrack billing, receivables, and cost overruns.\nMonitor and report on project cash flow.\nReport quarterly revenue, cash flow forecasts, and risk mitigation plans.\nCoordinate with intercompany teams for accurate project-related transactions.\nSupport month-end close, financial summaries, and rolling forecasts.\nCollaborate with Shared Services on billing, invoicing, and collections.\nPartner with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate financial closes.\nIdentify opportunities to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.\nUse financial insights to support better business decisions.\nContinuously grow your knowledge of the industry, company, and project management best practices.

\n\t\t\t\t\t4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit, with at least 2 years focused on FP&A and complex financial analysis.\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance, with a solid understanding of GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a big plus.\nStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.\nHands-on experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics or SAP.\nAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.\nFamiliarity with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or BW is a plus.\nExperience working with relational databases (Access or similar) and strong data analysis skills.\nKnowledge of Percentage of Completion (PoC) accounting is highly preferred.\nManufacturing or cost accounting experience is a bonus.\nCPA or other professional certifications are a plus.\nExcellent time management and multitasking abilities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and presenting to leadership.\nQuick thinker who can contribute meaningfully in meetings and adapt on the fly.\nA proactive learner who’s eager to grow and take on new challenges.\nSolid understanding of finance operations and how they support business goals.
