Programs and Initiatives Business Execution Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly organized professional to support key national programs and communications within WIM. This role helps coordinate and execute large scale meetings and calls, manages logistics for leadership and advisor engagements, oversees speaker vetting, and supports access management and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate excels in a fast‑paced environment, builds strong partnerships, and brings strong program management skills to support WIM’s strategic priorities.


In this role, you will:

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of WIM national meetings and calls, ensuring smooth communication and strong organizational engagementAssist with logistics management and strategic support for key national calls, including weekly National Advisor Calls, bi‑monthly National Leader Calls, monthly Market Leader Calls, and additional ad hoc calls as neededManage ad-hoc projects including but not limited to the speaker vetting process for advisor‑facing engagements, team access requests, and policy and procedure overview


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Strong understanding of key Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) priorities and initiativesEstablished relationships with WIM executives and critical business partnersProven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting prioritiesDemonstrated program management expertise with the capacity to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneouslyAbility to navigate and drive progress within a complex organizational landscapeExperience planning, coordinating, and executing business programs, events, meetings, and large‑scale callsSkilled in collaborating with business leaders to develop, refine, and implement program strategies


Job Expectations:
