As a Programmer Analyst, you will design, develop, and maintain advanced solutions using OpenText, support integrations with enterprise systems, and ensure system stability, performance, and compliance throughout project execution.
Responsibilities:Develop and support complex document management solutions using the OpenText platformDesign workflows, custom forms, user interfaces, and reporting components to meet functional needsSupport system integrations, performance tuning, and platform migrations while minimizing service disruptionCollaborate on projects including cloud migrations, intelligent capture upgrades, and electronic signature integrationsEnsure compliance with internal security, governance, and documentation standardsQualifications and RequirementsProven experience designing and supporting enterprise solutions within OpenText or similar platformsStrong expertise in system integration, automation workflows, and document-based business processesAbility to manage and troubleshoot performance issues, patches, and platform upgradesExperience with electronic signature tools (e.g., DocuSign) and migration tools preferredExcellent communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate across multiple departments Additional Requirements Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting.Work Authorization & Employment Status Requirement – Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
