Responsibilities
Lead complex, high-value electronics development and production programmes for defense and national security missions. Oversee a portfolio of related projects—ranging from electronic warfare and maritime radar to embedded sensor systems to meet rigorous customer requirements Own the full lifecycle execution of programmes, meeting strict cost, schedule and performance targets Act as the primary interface for customers and internal executive leadership. Manage multi-million dollar budgets, performing financial analysis, resource allocation, and Earned Value Management (EVM). Proactively identify technical and schedule risks; develop mitigation strategies and exploit opportunities for growth  Direct cross-functional teams of engineers (mechanical / electronics), supply chain, and manufacturing personnel. B.Ing / BSc Mechanical or Electronic Engineering Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management (equivalent) Previous experience from the defense industry a prerequisite
